Apartment Rental Costs
For 2011 we have a set price of £300.00 per week or £50.00 per night.
On booking you are required to pay £100.00 per week as a confirmation deposit.
A £100.00 bond ( fully refundable on return from holiday unless damage occurred) is payable at the same time as your rental balance. Please be aware all breakages must be paid for.
In addition there is a Cleaning Fee payable to our key holding company on arrival at the apartments: €55 (First Floor) €60 (Ground Floor Apartment).
Transport
We recommend you hire a car for the duration of your stay; however there are two bars, which serve food and a supermarket on site.
Should you require transfer to and from the airport (San Javier, Murcia), Taxis are available at the airport @ 85 Euros per trip (to and from total 170 Euros). Alternatively we can arrange for you to be picked you up from the car park at a cost of 50 Euros per trip (to and from total 100 Euros).
Electricity
Included in the price of a weeks hire is electricity up to a 100 units. Over this you will have to pay extra (£5.00 per 10 units deductible from your bond). 100 units have been calculated at more than sufficient for the apartment for 1 week including responsible use of the air conditioning unit. We have done this to encourage people to be responsible with air conditioning, it is not unheard of for people to use air conditioning 24/7 and even with door open which is inappropriate and unnecessary and due to very competitive rental rates would not cover our costs.
Please note you are able to monitor your units throughout your stay.
Welcome Packs
We would highly recommend welcome packs particularly when arriving on late night or Sunday flights or even on a Fiesta day. Our charge is 20 Euros and for this you would receive the following items: Water, tea, coffee, milk, sugar, bread, butter, preserves, cereal, orange juice and fresh fruit. You can of course customise the packs to your own individual requirements or for a special occasion with champagne and flowers.
Health & Safety
Every effort has been made to ensure that the apartment is furnished and equipped to a high standard (in line with British health and safety), in order that our guest’s have the best possible experience we can offer. However, please be aware that guests use the facilities at their own risk and the owners can not be held liable.
