Condado de Alhama
Condado de Alhama is a holiday and golf resort with plenty to do on site already however facilities are constantly being added as the resort develops.
Just a five minute walk away from the apartment is the sports area. Here there are 5-a-side football pitches, tennis, squash and paddel courts all for hire for only few euros.
In each garden (jardin) there is a children's play area and swimming pool (adult and childrens).
Bicycle hire is available.
A five to ten minute walk from the apartment is the new "Al Kasar" town centre that has the "Clover" Irish theme bar and an Italian and Spanish style restaurant plus a well stocked supermarket that is open all day. This is also be the location of the Golf Pro Shop and will be the location of Clubhouse until the purpose built one is completed.
The resort has 24 hour security at the entrance gates preventing public access to the residential areas, pools and resort facilities. Car registrations are scanned on entrance
Location
Condado de Alhama is located on the Costa Calida in the Province of Murcia in South East Spain and is approximately 30 minutes drive from the city of Murcia, 1 hour and 15 minutes from Alicante Airport and 45 minutes from Murcia Airport (San Javier). It will be around 20 minutes drive from the new airport being constructed at Corvera which should be operational in 2011/2012.
All of the Polaris World resorts, main cities, beaches and mountains are within easy reach via the new motorway networks.
As a guest at Condado de Alhama access to the other fantastic PW golf courses and facilities is permitted.
