Bedrooms

Double Bedrooms have a double bed with plenty of wardrobe space and Twin Bedrooms have two single beds with plenty of wardrobe space.

Living Room

There is lounge/dining area, seating provided for maximum occupancy but very comfortable, leather sofas, arm chairs, dining table and chairs. There is a TV/storage unit with a flat screen TV and a bookshelf with a selection of books and board games.

Kitchen

The kitchen is compact but is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, washing machine, electric oven with grill, ceramic electric hob, extract hood, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, iron plus all the usual bits and pieces you usually have at home! It has plenty of storage space and, as it is open plan with the Living Room.

Bathroom

The bath is full size with a shower fitted over and hinged glass shower screen or curtain. There is a toilet, bidet, wash basin with mirror above and dedicated lighting plus a shaver point. Again, there is plenty of storage and towel rails/hooks. Towels also supplied (for internal use ONLY).

Outside

Front Terrace: This is a gated area outside the front door which is great for breakfast as it is shaded in the morning. It overlooks the garden and pool area and is provided with a small table and chairs. External lighting is fitted.

Roof Terrace/Solarium: This is accessed via private stairs from the Front terrace and provides a huge outdoor space, almost as large as the inside of the apartment! It is provided with four sun loungers, a outdoor dining table and chairs for four. To provide some protection from the sun there are two parasols and bases. There is an external electric socket and external lighting is fitted to the terrace and access stairs.
