The Apartments
The two apartments are located in the Condado de Alhama.The Condado de Alhama is a holiday and golf resort with plenty to do on site already, however facilities are constantly being added as the resort develops.
Condado de Alhama is located on the Costa Calida in the Province of Murcia in South East Spain and is approximately 30 minutes drive from the city of Murcia, 1 hour and 15 minutes from Alicante Airport and 45 minutes from Murcia Airport (San Javier). It will be around 20 minutes drive from the new airport being constructed at Corvera which should be operational in 2011/2012.

Our two apartments are situated one above the other so are ideal for a joint rental for larger families. There is a dedicated, numbered parking space for each apartment directly to the rear of the apartments in a well lit parking area.
Ground Floor Apartment
The Ground Floor apartment has the benefit of a large terrace and garden for those Spanish evenings outside in the fresh air. It is fully equipped with air conditioning, tastefully furnished and easily sleeps 6. All modern conveniences are supplied: TV, DVD, Microwave and Washing Machine. All bedlinen is also provided.

First Floor Apartment
The First Floor apartment has the benefit of a huge roof terrace to take advantage of the warm climate. Like the Ground Floor it too is fully equipped with air conditioning, TV, DVD, Microwave and Washing Machine. The First Floor apartment can sleep 4 with ease. All bedlinen is also provided.
